Free legal, accounting and financial advisory help (business plans, loan preparation, financial statements, business formation, contracts and more) for Arizona very small businesses and socially and economically disadvantaged (SEDI) owned businesses that are seeking, preparing for or have received SSBCI-backed or other eligible government capital. Businesses apply through an online form.

The Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) manages the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Technical Assistance (TA) Program for socially and economically disadvantaged businesses (SEDI-owned businesses) and VSBs (very small businesses) that are applying for, preparing to apply or have previously applied for capital from a SSBCI supported program or other eligible federal or state program (this includes businesses that have already received SSBCI funding).
